Louder Than Silence: Celebrating Our 2025 Year of Womxn

In 2025, Unsolicited Press committed to publishing womxn across genres, styles, and lived experiences—not as a theme, but as a practice.

Over the course of the year, we released 38 titles by womxn writers working in fiction, poetry, memoir, translation, and experimental forms. These books explore identity, justice, motherhood, grief, joy, spirituality, ecology, and resistance—reminding us that literature remains a force for connection and change.

To mark the close of our 2025 Year of Womxn, we invite readers, writers, and supporters to Louder Than Silence, a live round-robin reading featuring womxn authors published throughout the year.
