Twelve-Week Social Media Campaign for Authors Who Hate Social Media

$250.00

A sustainable, book-specific visibility plan for writers who want to promote their work without turning their life into a content treadmill.

Most authors know they should talk about their books online. That does not mean they know what to say, where to say it, how often to show up, or how to do any of it without feeling like they are auditioning for a version of themselves they cannot stand.

This campaign is built for authors who want structure, clarity, and momentum, but do not want to outsource their entire voice or perform some fake internet personality in the name of book marketing. You remain the author. You remain in control of your presence. I build the path, the rhythm, and the post ideas so you are not starting from zero every morning.

This is not managed social media. I do not take over your accounts, impersonate you, or manufacture a brand identity that has nothing to do with your actual work. This is a 12-week campaign plan built around your book, your capacity, your voice, your launch timeline, and your real-life boundaries.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

30-Minute 1:1 Social Strategy Call

We begin with a focused strategy call to understand the book, the author, and the actual limits of your time and energy. This is where we clarify the book’s tone, themes, audience, positioning, and launch needs. We also talk about your comfort level with visibility, the platforms that make the most sense, and what you absolutely refuse to do.

That last part is important. A good social media plan should not require you to become someone you are not.

During this call, we will identify two to three platforms to prioritize, set a realistic posting rhythm, establish visibility boundaries, and decide what kind of content feels sustainable for you. You leave the call with a clear direction that shapes the full campaign.

Full 12-Week Social Media Campaign Plan

After the strategy call, I build a polished, book-specific campaign plan you can use across the 12 weeks surrounding your launch, promotion window, or renewed visibility push.

Your campaign includes a weekly posting calendar with three to seven post prompts per week, depending on your selected rhythm and capacity. Each week includes themes, angles, suggested media, caption starters or full caption drafts, engagement prompts, and cross-platform adjustments where needed.

You can choose two to three platforms from the following:

  • Instagram

  • Threads

  • Facebook

  • TikTok

  • Bluesky

  • LinkedIn

Each platform receives tailored recommendations so you are not just copying and pasting the same post everywhere and hoping for the best. The goal is to make the campaign feel adaptable, not robotic.

Core Content Themes Tailored to the Book

Your campaign may include book teasers, behind-the-scenes posts, character or idea spotlights, moodboards, quote posts, author voice-building prompts, educational or value-based content, soft network activation, sales-related posts that do not sound like a hostage note, launch-week intensification, and post-launch follow-up.

The plan is built around the actual book, not a generic list of “content ideas for authors.” A poetry collection does not need the same campaign as a memoir. A strange literary novel does not need the same rhythm as a nonfiction guide. A hybrid book deserves more care than a recycled marketing template with the title swapped in.
